How can we help you get your royalties?
1. Sign up on our website so we have your correct contact details.
2. We send you a registration form where we ask for all necessary details about you and your works.
3. You will receive a Mandate agreement so you become our client and Power of Attorneys so we can manage most of the administration with CMOs on your behalf.
4. We are also gonna need your Identity document and tax id. It is a legal requirement from CMOs who need to make sure we are claiming for an existing person. And as this is your income, it has to be connected to your tax identification. All this is handled with the highest security standards.
5. If you have an existing worldwide representation with a CMO in your home country, we need you to limit it to regional only, so we can go to each country directly. We start registering you and claim your usages in territories where they occurred.
6. A few countries in the world do not accept members through agents and require your original signature in their paperwork, so we will ask you to sign a few more documents, but don't worry; it is a one-time-thing and we made the whole process as easy for you as possible.
7. your repertoire is nice to have but not necessary. If you would like to send us your repertoire we have a specific template that we need you to use to make sure we have all data we need.
